Podcast Episode 10: Data Watch – Housing Market Recovery

By Podcast

While we don’t usually record a podcast for every new piece of financial market data we come across, this one seemed especially important. Existing home sales rose in August for a third consecutive month, hitting a new high that hasn’t been seen since 2006, before the financial crisis. Sales collapsed from February to May as Coronavirus panic set in, so this full recovery is a great sign of the housing market’s resilience. Get all the data and more in episode 10 of the Money Management Podcast.
